OFFSPRING has been the leader of the UK sneaker market since its launch in 1996, evolving with the manifesto to fill a large gap in the market for fashion sportswear, priding itself on being a 'Sneaker Boutique'.The brief was redesigning a whole set of marketing emails to match the look of the new website. While working at OFFSPRING I created and coded (HTML/CSS) various templates easy to update, made of simple blocks that could serve different purposes. The wireframes were designed following the box model, using imagery with the same ratio where possible, live text and buttons.
Template 1: Branded Emails
The first template was designed to promote a single brand and highlight new styles. This structure was made to use for a specific target, selected by segmentation (customers loyal to a particular category / brand). The aim was increasing the opening rate and improve conversion.

Template 2: The Launch Calendar
The template was designed as a solution for one of the main problems with product launches (site crashing due to high volumes of traffic). The idea was informing about future launches so the customer could book their pair of trainers in advance. The layout allows you to give the essential information and offer a quick and simple way to book or shop the product category.

Template 3: Category Focus
The following template was designed to promote new arrivals across different brands. A simple layout featuring big imagery, brand and style in a clear way, to allow the customer to get informed as well as giving them multiple choices to click on, reaching the right category. This layout was also designed to collect information about customer brand choices and use personalisation for future campaigns.
