NIKE: The evolution of air

The Project

The evolution of Air Max was a project created from OFFSPRING to support Air Max Day, a day to celebrate the more than hundred sneakers that Nike has released over the last three decades, being one of the brand’s most successful lines of footwear.

The brief was creating an impactful campaign to highlight the collaboration between the two brands. The key piece of the campaign was the launch calendar, a platform where the customers could find all the information about upcoming sneaker releases, a complete guide where they could see dates, prices and availability.

Offering the customer relevant information in a more attractive way - Exploring the use of some features to see how they could impact on purchases and engagement - Being able to control stock and predict sales

User-Flow Diagram

The first step was creating a map highlighting how the navigation was going to be designed, making sure that the access to the landing page wasn’t too far from the homepage being no more than 2 clicks. This will highlight the usability of the product creating a good customer experience and avoiding customers getting lost and finally leaving the site without reaching their objectives.

Interface Design

The approach for this page was simple, making the main tasks easily to be accomplished ending with a product that was engaging and effective. To reach that objective we created a clean grid of three products per row where you could see the launching date instantly, also having a navigation bar at the top of the page with upcoming months, enabled the customer to preview future launches.

Results

The campaign had excellent results generating a high volume of engagement within the OFFSPRING community as well as new subscribers and the traffic to the site.
