LUMI Therapy

Brand evolution

Lumi Therapy is a company dedicated to enhancing the well-being and performance of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The brand combines innovation with purpose-driven design on all their range of products. This case study explores the work on the brand’s evolution, focusing on key elements such as general styling, iconography, color palette, and art direction.

The Problem

Following a comprehensive evaluation of Lumi Therapy’s branding, the decision was made to pursue a brand evolution rather than a complete rebrand. This approach allowed the company to address its visual and stylistic inconsistencies while preserving the core values that had established Lumi Therapy as a trusted innovator in the sports therapy and wellness industry.

✺ Inconsistency

Lack of cohesion, with elements of the brand appearing disconnected and unaligned. Fragmented experience that diluted the brand’s overall impact.

✺ Generic Visual Appeal

Failing to capture the essence of Lumi Therapy’s innovative and forward-thinking ethos.

✺ Scattered Color Palette

A conflicting mix of colors in the original branding weakened the emotional connection with the target audience.

✺ Brand Personality

The absence of a distinct voice or aesthetic direction meant it was difficult to differentiate itself from competitors.
